The Committee on Political Subdivisions moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 17, line 2, by striking “hold a special county election” and inserting in lieu thereof “hold a referendum at the time of the next upcoming primary or general election”;

And

On page 1, section 17, line 2, by striking the words “not less” and inserting in lieu thereof “equal to or greater than”.
